I pour a small glass of the Dragon's Fire, grab my cloak from the wall and walk over and join the Fair Appleapps by the fire. Putting my cloak around you after handing you your drink. "This should keep you warm on the outside, and take slow sips from the Dragon's Fire, as it is rather potent, as I use it also as a pain killer from time to time." Jaybar, lies down at your feet and Kaybar sits beside me.

"Speaking of pain killers, Bedazzler would you happen to have any numbweed on you? I could use it as I am still healing from the battles we were in the beginning of the week."

"Is that any better Fair One? Be careful with that drink it has a kick to it." lol

Kaybar lays his head in my lap and suddenly the bar is filled with the sound of his purring. Unconsciously scratch his ears and stroke his head. Taking a drink I set my flaggon on the table beside me.

You can sleep here if yo like they have rooms in the back. I am staying in the first one in the back and there is one next to it. If you wish you can sleep there, I will have Jaybar stay with you so you may sleep safe and sound.

Going to the back rooms I put logs in both fires and stoke them to warm them up. Plenty of furs on the beds. Coming back out I take My sord from it'sscabbard on the wall and bring it into the first room, and then return to the bar.

Feeling tired myself I look over and see that the Fair Appleapps has fallen asleep. I gently remove my cloak from her and pick her up in my arms and bring her into the second bedroom which is nice and warm. Lying her downon the bed with her head on the pillow, I spread her hair out, sleeping she almost looks like an angel but within this angel a dragon heart doth beat. Calling sofly for Jaybar he pads into the room. I command him up, and he lies down beside the Fair Appleapps, and is his habit lies his head upon her stomach. I close the door quietly.

Going out to the bar I sweep up and clean up the glasses and put them all away and polish the bar. Putting a couple more logs on the fire and stoking it so that if anyone should stop by it will be warm when they arrive. I put on a pot of coffee and and a pot of Dragonette's special hot chocolate. Satisfied that all is in order
I go to the room I am staying in and hang my shirt on the back of the chair, and take off my fur boots and put them by the chair. I leave the door open, but Kaybar has decided that he is not going to sleep on the floor tonight and jumps up on the other side of the bed. With my sword in between us I grasp the hilt. Slowly I close my eyes and fall asleep. The snow continues to drift softly down outside.

Walking in this morning..the Bar is nice and warm. I see Tamer's cloak hanging on the hook and know that he must have kept the fire going and is around here somewhere. I hear a low rumbling from one of the back rooms and when I go look,I see Kaybar lying on the bed next to Tamer. Tamer looks so restful,I'm glad his wounds are healing.
Going behind the bar,I smell dragon roasted coffee...mmmm yummy! Pouring myself a cup and picking up the magazine left behind here,I go to the sofa in front of the fire and settle in for a short while. I have to leave for RL in about 15 minutes,but will be back this afternoon or early evening.

Everyone ok this am? Have you looked at the Tower Room? Seems Bedazzler wants to start a story chain... I've never done one... could be fun... but I have to think of a character... *grabbing a Pepsi and some egg rolls and laying down in front of the fire... looking in fantasy books... hhmmm... who could I be and carry it off? Not a witch... a midwife maybe... an herb lady... but that doesn't sound very adventurous... an Immortal One? I'd have to be a demon then cuz I'm sure thats where I'm heades... a school teacher??...heyyy... I could do that... and a story teller... hey.... Have to think on it...

Coming from the back room with my sword on my shoulder I bring it to my buckler and slip it easily into it's scabbard.

Looking around I see the Sir Bedazzler was here and he dropped me off some numbweed, great. I will have to thank him the next time I see him. I was out and could really use it. Fastening the pouch to my belt. I go over and pour myself some of the coffee, taking a sip, "Ahhhhhh, good and strong, just what I need" Looking around I find a bowl and fill it with water for Kaybar. "Yeah, Yeah, I know, it's not Dragon's Fire but you don't need to start drinking in the mornings."

I don't see Jaybar anywhere, I wonder if the Fair Appleapps is still asleep. Not wanting to intrude, I listen at the door and hear nothing not even Jaybar. We'll just leave them be for a while.

Moving over to the fire I set my coffee on the table and sink down into the comfortable chair by the fire. Putting on another couple of logs, I see the wood bin is running low. Stoking the fire, I move to the door and go out quickly get an armful of wood and bring it in and put it in the wood box. Making several trips, the wood box is full. Damn it's cold outside. Brrrrrrrrr. Moving close to the fire to try and warm up. "Thanks for all the help buddy," speaking to Kaybar. "You could have come out with me to keep me company, but noooooo, you stay here next to the fire."

Laughing I sit down and Kaybar jumps on top of me in the chair and tips us over. "No Kaybar, not here and not now. It is not play time." Standing up I pickup the chair and sit back down, taking another drink of coffee.
