I use the traditional yellow Listerine. Maybe it's just in my mind, but the pain and the nasty taste makes it seem like it's really working.

Oddly, enough, I concur.

You are so pretty, Wiggles!

I use the original. Reminds me of being a kid. Do the others taste better? I do not have a hole in my tongue.

I've never tried it, myself. All my friends who've punched holes through their tongues hated it though.

Do you make all those funny faces like the people in the commercial?

I do.

Oh it's a testiment to my will power that I'm able to deny the urge to spit after about 3 seconds. I use listerine undiluted, and it has quite a bite to it. But again, that's how I imagine that I know it's working.

I do wish that they'd add fluoride. I'm forced to use a different rinse at night in order to bathe my pearly whites in enamel strenthening fluorine.

I only use it when I've got those little bottles you get for free...

...and being politically correct I am not partial to any color, they all taste good to me.

So...are you allowed to rinse afterwards or let it go on killing?

I'd never further rinse with water after finally expectorating the Listerine. What would be the point of that?

cause it was supposed to do all its killing in the 30 seconds...

I usually rinse for at least a full minute. But even then, I see no good reason not to allow the residual affects to continue, and kill plaque causing bacteria for as long as possible.
