You're making me envious .We watched a film yesterday on tv called Zeus and Roxanne,About a dog who befriends a dolphin all filmed in the Bahamas,why can't we get weather like that here?. You're lucky to have that on your doorstep.

Ya know,,, its not that simple, well, for me.
What I mean is. I'm very focused on my business outside of my 9-5 job. So after work or on weekends I have to catch up with all the little things that need tending. Either my place or the rental.
& If I was to hire out all that was needed, I'd be going in the
wrong direction......
Its a rough trade off. My future, or fun now.
Here's a sexual fantasy, (you'll see how it ties in, in a second)

If I had a few more rentals, so that could support me, without
having to go to a 9-5 job.
After a while of playing handyman full time, It would all be caught up, & No worries for a while.
Which, then would free me up, to follow other interests.
Including,,,,, sexual fantasies!!!!!!!!!
Or time indulging on the weather or beauty of my area...
It sucks to be at work & to look out a window
to see such a great day, day after day..... & to be stuck there in youre self appointed JAIL.
(Slavery IS still alive & well) my freind.
I see how so many floridians, can turn into such "monetary"bums, taking only minimum wage jobs & just hanging out at the beach & not caring about any of their obligations..
Getting fired, collecting unemployment for a while, & doing it again....... ( & still not caring about their monetary obligations.)
Unless you saw it. You would not believe HOW slummy Daytona is outside of the racetrack or tourist beach area....

I don't blame people in your area for not working in the summer specially if they hav'nt got responsbilties the weathermust be a big temptation looking out of a window at blue skies must be torture ,but when we lived in Bahrain thats exactly what we had to do. The thing is when the weekend came we knew the weather would be fine because it was hot all the time and always sunny(hazy) and the only relief from the heat was either indoors (air conditioning) or at the beach.The sheiks beach was the best place white sand and palm trees .He has huts on the beach serving beverages cola orange etc free of charge to ex-pats. we used to take Bacardi and beers in a cold box, yum Bacardi and coke.
