Dont feel gutted, although I know why & how.
A.... like he stated, he didnt want pity. & I respect that
& would probably feel same way.
B.... He may not have known either till almost the end. When
he got quite ill & finally went to a doc. (that would probably be me)
I see bender as the type that didnt see a physician often.
2 reasons. Didnt feel bad, so why go.
Next,, In his line of work
I doubt he had any medical insurance. I think he was
self employed. & it aint cheep over here. So every time
you go to the doc then, its cash up front.
I wish it was like on your side of the pond. Were everyone is
entitled to medical care. Regardless of social or monitary standing.
So many good people dont get care, because they
cant afford it.
