Got back on track a week ago or so and finally a tech discussion today and our project kickoff next week. Thank GOD.

anyway, so that meeting is in 35 min and I have a discovery meeting with Lutron this afternoon...and then I can mostly enjoy my Friday.

This will come off as a humble-brag, but throughout my teens, adult life...and esp online, I have bene told I can be a drug to some. People do tend to be very...opinionated toward me in terms of...most ppl seem to either really like me an awful lot/love me/etc...or the opposite. Not too many ppl think "oh she's ok, kind of cool, I guess"...that sort. Its more..."fuck that bitch" or "she fucking rocks, love that girl!"

I would suspect its because I like to try everything. Art, music, sports, different languages, different foods, and well, I often succeed at stuff (essentially perfect grades, can play soccer, softball, ski, tennis, golf, play guitar, sing, dance, cook...) and then yes, get compliments on my looks or whatever as well...ie, wheres the "Weakness"...so sometimes it might be some jealousy? But also...Im loud. I can be stubborn. I can be overly sarcastic, annoying. I can dominate a conversation. I enjoy attention. I can be a perfectionist. Things that can turn off some people. But if yer on my good side, if yer cool to me, Im loyal, Ill do anything for you, Im a ride or die for my friends and family...that sort.

Polarizing.

But...glad yer enjoying me, my content, my thread. I just try to make people smile and have a good time or day etc.!

Well from an old man (57+) I've learnt to cook, sow, and please a woman when I can , changing nappies now with my granddaughters

Forgot to say, I'm dyslexic so sometimes don't notice it's spelled wrong cos I can't tell.


Funny story for you, not me.
When i started Comprehensive school I had to fill out a form for my address and parents names. Which are David and Mary.

I spelled my mother's name Merry cos I couldn't tell the difference.
P S. Spell check don't help obviously

I feel ya. I have had some dyslexic friends that needed assistance to overcome it!

I've never been diagnosed with it but both my girls were in infant school, they didn't do that in the 70's when I was young so they put us in the clay class and thought we were thick
