I think I'd look better running on the beach with the cast of Baywatch (except I dont have huge fake tits like Pam Anderson to distract) as opposed to trying to take down Nazis and capture ppl with my rope.
In fact, I have run on the beach in Malibu...but would prefer to beat up some Nazis to be fair...and Mar-a-Lago is the other coast anyway

At least it's not an HP where cartridges are a fucking subscription service and using an off-brand ink cartridge will brick the printer

So, the primary developers are offshore. Our scrum master is also offshore. We have an onshore (USA/Canada) team that are usually the principal/technical architects, and then offshore is usually the developers, some QA, etc.

This is what I have noticed about our offshore team and you can tell me if you feel this is a cultural thing or what:

-They are super knowledgeable and get their shit done, no matter what
-They are extremely quiet unless they are one of the "senior" developers. Even when saying good morning or thank you so much, they rarely say a fucking peep. Not sure if this is caste system based or just defering to the "spokesperson" of the group or just "senior" devs respond
-If they are assigned 24 hours on this project for a week, theyll turn in timecards saying 24. Never 26.5 and never 20.5 etc...whetgher they work 24 or not, they turn in a timecard saying 24.

Yep, all of the above is true except the cast system. People like to mind own business and get paid.

Btw, I am still curious if you have any online platform to manage or build that you need such team..
