Ive not been to Portugal at all...

Well, like I said, not a bridge person. The only other bridge I know is the Rainbow Bridge between Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada and Niagara Falls New York. But it looks nothing like the one in the photo as I've been to that bridge on the Canadian side.
