Well, I stumbled onto it years ago trying to find something to help relax me to sleep. Obviously it's blown way up in recent years, although I can't get into a lot of it - I just like a soft, soothing voice. Not so much into a lot of noises - I'm good without the tongue clicking and paper crinkling. Lol
 
I used an 8 hour asmr where a girl was just sleeping i had a lot of worries at that time and could not sleep. This was helping me . 😄 it was just the sound
 
I had a friend who would just read a story, not sexual or anything but just something that let me hear her voice to relax me at the end of a stressful day. I still use them to relax before going to bed.

Haha did we all subconsciously agree to explore posting audio at the same time! I literally posted my first one last week it was a new idea of mine! I’ve seen others do audios threads really well! Going down the asmr/reading stories route is unique though! 🥰

Maybe I'll post some audio as well. I don't think I ever really have on Lit.

I won't, however, embarrass myself by attempting ASMR. 🤣

I’ve loved audio for a long time, not just phone sex (which is how I started) but just talk8ng with someone either in Skype or other places. Sometimes it turned sexual which was even better, but then it wouldn’t always be sexual. Others are always sexual.

I was thinking of starting to record my stories which I have published on lit! A few people have requested that too! Hmmm ideas… 💡
