now, i live in a small town (pop. 900) and have about a 45 minute to an hour long drive to go to work as a cashier at a Target. the high school i goto is out in the country, since it is the combination of four towns. i had to head to work directly from school to get there on time, but the weather is really shitty out right now. that and the fact that there was a two-car roll-over about 3/4 of a mile north of the school, the direction i hafta go on my way to work. judging by the fact that it was reported back to the school by a bus driver, and given the time it took me to get out to my car and how long i let my car warm up before heading out...i should have either been directly involved in said roll-over or would have seen it happen right in front of me.. i don't normally get nervous about driving in the weather, but the whole thing just left me with this eerie feeling, like somebody walked over my grave, as they say.. i dunno why, but i felt like sharing that..

anybody else ever get that feeling? what caused it for you?

I was watching a tornado head towards the runway (I was sent out since I was from Kansas and had of course seen these things) and I said here it comes and that I was heading for shelter. The CO (commanding officer) said if I did I would be court martialed since they needed to know where that critter was going so they could save jets. Well, that's when it hit me...

[somebody shouted play that funky music white boy]
