Librarian Voting Thread

Seems it is time we posted this and started the process rolling. I think both candidates have merit and more than enough enthusiasm and commitment for the position so good luck ladies. I am happy to keep this going until Monday as I previously said as I am aware not everyone logs in on a daily basis or sees everything when they do.

They both seem very suitable for the Librarian position, but since Rebecca was the very first person to welcome me here to Lit; my vote is for her.

As for myself, it's hard to vote. I think either of them would be great and am just happy they've volunteered.

Perhaps I should flip a coin? Demand sexual favors? Buy American? Choose the debutante daughter clique over the chocolate queen clique? Ahem. Levity.

Cat, please consider altering the poll to allow a vote for "Both," unless one or both of them have told you that they don't want to share the position. I think either of them would do a more-than-creditable job, but also that if they "shared the glory of being the Lit BDSM Librarians," it would make it both more manageable and more fun for them.

Hey, wait a cotton-pickin' minute! Come to think of it... you and Marquis are the moderators, and (it seems to me) have received a pretty damn strong vote of confidence in the "vote for mods?" thread - what's this voting shit? Appoint one or both (preferably) of 'em!

Marquis and I had discussed it and thought about it from various angles including pst experiences and decided it might be better as a solo position. Also, though both were not opposed to sharing the position, we felt they showed a preference for avoiding the necessity for making it into a bigger job by sharing. If it proves too much it can always be revised. I know it is difficult making a choice, and as someone suggested, it may come down to tossing a coin.
