All I can recall is that the protagonist (male) has some kind of ability that he uses on an old woman, who then turns into a young redhead and helps him start a business. It's like magic plastic surgery. I believe the magic is in his hands or his touch. Oh, and there were two guys that he turned into women (I think), that also live with him (it's a harem story). One woman used to be a porn star. He uses her in his business to "store fat temporarily". Thanks!
