Looking for a story I read at least 10 years ago; it was either categorized as Mind Control or Incest/Taboo (included both elements). I think it was here on Lit, but it might have been on another site. The story had multiple chapters, each pretty long.
The MC is in his late teens, suddenly discovers that he can 'nudge' people with his mind to make them obey his mental commands. In latter chapters he also discovers/develops other abilities like telekinesis and telepathy.
In the first chapter, he uses his new ability to get revenge on a bully (makes him run head-first into a tree IIRC), and seduces his older sister. In a subsequent chapter he is contacted by an agency/association of people with similar abilities who offer to train him, but also tell him if he doesn't follow their rules they'll either kill him or remove his abilities. One of the tasks given by his trainer from the agency is to seduce his mother without using his 'nudging' ability to over-ride her will, but he can use any of his other abilities.
