Letter from America

Greetings from Los Angeles, where I am spending a pleasant few days with my dear brother, the Hedonist.

I was received well, with a plate of fresh-shucked oysters, Vodka, beer and cunning white white whose cheekiness belies its price tag ($1.99 the bottle), and a leasurely swim in the tepid pool. Seared tuna steaks and arugola, some light banter on the porch, he with his Cohiba, I with my Wrigleys Extra and some good weed.

I collapse into bed at ten, a quick wank then oblivion.

This morning I rise, reconfigure my laptop's IP settings, and idly check the morning's porn.

What adventures are in store for us today? Who knows? Who cares?

My head hurts.
