“I didn’t like that movie”… yep, that seemed fairly clear
But yes, I definitely appreciate the amount of time and care on a movie you don’t even like! I’ve actually seen it too and didn’t hate it as much as you, clearly.. I do agree it was very clunky in places, and didn’t ring true (as you say, the corner, the sitting down, etc)… I feel like it’s pitched at quite a mass, entry-level audience, so some of the messages are probably fairly one-note (unlike, say, Secretary). But even then it was pretty clumsy in how it conveys them - and as you say, the ending felt a bit rushed.
Also yes… he’s an intern, but looks comfortably older than that implies I think! They had him doing occasional goofy laughs etc which I think was designed to make him younger too, but.. well as you say, I’m not sure I bought that
