Lesbian fantasy story feedback?

I’m working on a fantasy lesbian story involving an ancient tentacle “creature” that bonds with a woman. It’s scent gives her the power of suggestion and she dominates her controlling female boss. I’d like some feedback from a woman’s perspective on the story, encounters which I’ve written so far.
