My name is Leigha . I love talking to people and learning! As a result, I have a lot of questions that run through my brain. Professionally, I am in the health care field and know a bit about anatomy, disease, and health care systems but no one can know everything and I definitely do not!

I thought it would be fun to have a place where you and I can take advantage of the plethora of human minds, experiences and vast knowledge at our fingertips! I have met so many incredible minds from all different backgrounds here. Doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, construction workers, financial advisors, automotive repair specialists, politicians, military personnel, retail workers.... We all come here for the smut and sexual adventure Lit offers, but we can, and do, offer each other more than that.

Why has the weather been consistently teasing and sunny during lockdown? But when everything was normal it kept raining on the weekends and seemingly almost every other day?

Thats an interesting observation! We seem to be stuck in a pattern where I am. We get one nice, warm, sunny day followed by a cold one with rain or snow! At least we know a bright day is just around the corner though.

Microbes are pretty much to blame for everything. Either having them, not having them...

HPV or Human PapillomaVirus infection is pretty much accepted to be the cause. Lots of things we find out after the fact dead like most of my life it has been assumed that ulcers were just something to do with your unique stomach's insufficient lining. At some point it was figure it out that when you don't have the right kind of biome going on in there you tend to have ulcers. Then it was discovered that there's an actual bacteria that cause ulcers.

I get the idea about trauma being link to cancer. I've often had that sort of idle musing. I had a raised mole removed from my elbow because I kept bumping it on the armrest and at the time I drove 12 to 16 hours a day in a minevand it just kept getting into these non healing conditions. My theory is if something constantly triggering the process of healing I can see that going awry.

don't know about the 'repeated rough sex' being a underlining cause of cervical cancer but I do know that a body under-performing in the recycling and retention of NAD+ is most certainly at risk of developing not only cancer but a whole host of other infirmities and/or diseases.
