Explain using your own words why Professor Rushton was mistaken. I have explained using my own words, using the internet only to document my factual assertions that what he said is correct.

Instead of presenting facts of his own, he demands that Rushton be silenced and fired. Although the audience of college students cheers Suzuki's hysterical raving, virtually all of the comments posted on the video take Rushton's side.

You need to keep in mind that there is nothing counter intuitive about Rushton's assertions at all. They were commonly assumed to be true before the Second World War, and frequently expressed publicly. They remain obvious to those with extensive experience with the three major races, including Jesse Jackson.

I have never told you to read J. Philippe's essay, "Race Education and Behavior" in order to substantiate my opinions about intrinsic racial differences. I have explained why I believe there are differences, how they are determined genetically, and how they evolved.

Legally protesting is a right. Whether targeting justice's homes is a fair use of that right or whether the protesters went too far is something else.

Key word here is "legally." It is ILLEGAL to protest outside of the homes of a judge/justice. Thus, there is no "fair use" argument to make.


The leaker is going to enjoy a bit of Karma because the SCOTUS has been very consistent in the past about protecting the media when they receive leaked information/documents and also allowing them to protect their sources. Thus the SCOTUS is going to be hamstrung by its own past decisions protecting the exact type of person who just fucked them over.

Personally I also believe that the Marshal tasked with finding the leaker is incompetent. I could have done it in 2 days tops by having HR bring in each person individually and having them take a lie detector test as a condition of employment/security screening. Lots of case law allowing this and no 5th Amendment Rights apply.

Refusal results in immediate termination, a warrant, and search/seizure of their possessions.

I also believe the leaker knows they fucked themselves. Otherwise they'd be crowing about doing it.
