Jerk chicken is a west indian dish..LoL Jamaican's eat it, my mom learned to make it from her grams..LoL It's real spicy chicken, makes ur eyes water...i haven't eaten it in ages..i tried regular chicken strips a few weeks back..but it tore me up..it was good tho..LoL
