I just read a new story by a new-to-me author named littlegirl18. The story is called "Learning" and I hope it is the first of a series of chapters. It is a nonconsent story and I found it very exciting and naughty, and I could picture myself as the girl in it, which makes a story successful for me.
I love finding new authors my age writing cool stories that make me wet [giggle].

Here is a link to her story:

I have never been into bdsm but this story could change my views on the subject. Well written and compelling. ****

Hmm...

I was a little turned off at first when I saw the catagory was non-consent, because I don't really like many of those stories as much as others.

I liked your story very much, though, but was wondering -- wouldn't it fit more into BSDM over Non-Consent?

Seemed more submissive than completely unwilling.

Thanks for the good read!

Thanks so much Amy...and thanks everyone who sent me feedback...

First erotic story I ever wrote, and I was really glad that people liked it. I certainly liked writing it...a relief to get your fantasies down on paper, you know?

I guess the reason I didn't put it in BDSM was...because...I feel like there's a whole lifestyle there with all these rules that I'm not quite sure I know or understand. Don't get me wrong, BDSM totally turns me on from what I know about it...but it was just such a step for me to admit to myself that I HAVE this fantasy, much less write it down and share it with the entire internet, that I felt that by putting it in the BDSM category I would be...accepting the entire BDSM package in my own life...and I'm not quite sure I'm ready to do that...

Thanks again everyone

This story is very good, actually. Great first effort! It seems as though you've put forth quite a bit of effort into this and it shows.

But I agree, this isn't non-consent. It is, in fact, BDSM. I can understand your hesitation, and while there are some people who truly live the BDSM lifestyle, there are far more people who simply like to read about the "kink". Some one who lives the lifestyle may not take a liking to your story, but then - you might be surprised. This is fantasy, after all, so we are allow to take license with certain things.

The biggest disappointment I can see you facing is that, by not placing in the BDSM category, you may lose a good portion of the audience that would appreciate this. Most people who read non-consent, are looking for just that - not a form of BDSM. (though, I think they would enjoy it as well!) Your audience for this piece is in BDSM, however. Hopefully, you will do well where it is at.

Good luck, and please, please keep writing!

Lots of Variety...

BSDM is fairly unspecific for a reason -- there's all sorts. It can range from one spanking or someone pushing the other against a way during sex to full-on leather outfits, wax, and whips. If it involves at situation where one person (or more than one person) is controlling what is being done to the other (who is enjoying it), that's BSDM. If they don't enjoy it, that's non-consent.

Personally, I've written one story about control and a couple of others that have nothing to do with it at all. The catagories simply exist so that people can try and find what they want, rather than stumbling onto things they have no interest in at all. They don't exist to define you.

Read around the site until you feel a bit more comfortable... you don't want to alienate your readers (see me, who would never have read your story if it was only to be found under Non-consent).

Anyway, thanks for being honest! Your story was a wonderful first effort!

On the other hand, it is unlikely that I would have looked at the story if it had been in BDSM. I think of that as a whole different genre from nonconsent.
Rebecca was forced to accompany Sir through mental force and his understanding of her wants and needs. That is non-consent. He may have tied her up but that is control, not BDSM which I for one think of as a something where consent is given by the partners involved.
I feel future chapters should stay in nonconsent.
Maybe Laurel and Manu need to come up with a way for writers to put stories in more than one category?

Well, it is up to the writer as to which category s/he wishes to have their story posted to. But, truly, as far as this particular story is concerned, there really was only one instance of "non-consent" and that took place in the parking lot. Strictly speaking, Rebecca could have left at any number of times in the story, and most of the time she gave herself over willing to the control. My feeling in the story is that Rebecca did not want to admit she had the fantasies she did, and her "controller" simply brought them out.

If you are talking of mental control, then I would think more the category of "Mind Control" then "Non-consent". Most people, I believe, when they see "Non-Consent" think "rape". That's me, anyway.

Regardless, the story is a good one and well written. I just hope it hits home with an audience that appreciates it.

forget the category.. story was good

I think there was enough discussion about the category. The story was real good for a first-timer. One thing I liked..
The word "tapped" in relation to the clit... really aroused me. I love encountering specific words which effect me. I'm placing this one somewhere around the top of the list.

Congrats on a good debut and keep writing.

This is a well written first story. So you have been finding out about yourself. If you have you have done a good job of editing the story - it was controlled and structured so it did not read as a cathartic diatribe.

Well done - I had a hard-on before the end of the first page.

Well done! Very sexy. I wish I could have written as well at your age. You have a real future as a writer, keep it up!
