So...what do IRS workers do with their Internet access at work? They use it to visit sex sites, gamble, trade stocks, participate in chat rooms, and do other non-work-related things.

That's according to the Treasury Department's deputy inspector general, Pamela Gardiner. She and her staff looked at the Internet usage of more than 16,000 IRS employees and found that they spent more than half of their time online doing personal business.

Bottom line: IRS employees are goofing off...on YOUR dime. That's your taxpayer money that pays for those computer terminals, the Internet access, and the chairs these IRS workers sit their fat asses on while they give the country piss-poor customer service. Remember, 37 percent of taxpayers who called the IRS for information during this year's tax filing season didn't get their calls answered, and those who did get a response got wrong answers 47 percent of the time.

Add one more item to the list of reasons why we should get rid of the IRS.

Umhhh

Todd you do realize that everyone does that at all computers at work right? I mean thats just the way it is. If the IRS wants to stop it then block access to those sites.
