Law Enforcement Hunting Season Now Open in Missouri...

I'll bet someone needs to spend more time at the range...

Maybe some NRA hunter-safety courses.

I wonder how many Sharpies will be used on the report before giving it to the press.

Quit letting your hatred of law enforcement do your talking for you.

You're good at it the way Lance is. He's clever, you're

GALLAGHER! Quit smashing your melon.

You really need the brain cells.

I predict

1) the police report will be filled
2) the above mentioned police report will be filled with details
3) there will be very few boxes on that report hidden with the Sharpie of Justice
and
4) the perp will be rounded up before you clean your shower again

Sounds like the citizens of Ferguson took a page from the Clive Bundy play book and exercised their Second Amendment rights in order to prevent oppression by the government.

The exercising of their second amendment rights came after the fact. Which right were they exercising while in the commission of the burglary?

Which was Clive exercising during his unauthorized and unlawful grazing of livestock on property owned by the United States and administered by the Secretary of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service, and during his trespass upon the lands?

No deflection.

Bundy established that the Second Amendment permits patriots to choose which property rights to respect and which to ignore.

That fleeing man was not a suspect.

He was a patriot.

The Bundy case has very little to do with the second amendment. As that particular case wends it's way through the courts I don't think you're going to be hearing attorney's for either side arguing second amendment issues.

Further, you cannot claim second amendment rights as a defense for the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. And I don't recall anyone at the Bundy ranch being charged with a felony.

The Bundy case has been in court. He wasn't allowed to use those lands but was anyway.

Brown wasn't charged with a felony either.

Yes, and

Thirty days hath Septober,
April, June, and no wonder.
All the rest eat peanut butter,
except my aunt, she drives a Buick.

The above pretty much sums up the logic of your statements.

All those weapons were brandished and the Second Amendment was never mentioned?

Nobody ever mentioned that the Second Amendment was intended to protect citizens from the tyranny of government?

None of that was part of the Clive Bundy narrative?

My guess is it's illegal to use a firearm in connection with the commission of any crime--felony or misdemeanor. The BLM kept a cool head. Otherwise, I'm sure lots of people would have been charged with a crime for interfering with the enforcement of a lawful court order.
