How do I make it so that if I subscribe to a thread I dont get the annoying emails?

I believe that subscribing to a thread automatically turns on email notification. I don't think there's a way to stop that. If anyone knows differently, let us know.

Remember, I just pretend to understand what's going on. :)

Its under "edit options" in the control panel, the e-mail notifications, me thinks

tried that... still getting the emails...

You gotta turn off the first and third option in the second group of options under "edit options" worked for me, if that doesn't work, tough luck

"Subscribing" to a thread is the same as checking "e-mail notification" on a reply -- you get e-mails until you unsubscribe and/or turn off the e-mail notification check box in every one of your posts on the thread.

The alternative I suggest to subscribing to a thread is to put the thread in your favorites in a "subscribed threads" folder. Doing that allows youto check on threads you're interested in when you're ready to check on them without those annoying e-mails.

Others have pointed out that most mail programs will allow you to identify the notices and shunt them to the deleted folder (or some other folder) without looking at them.

hell dude i'dlike to post to more than one thread per log in too.

it has not happened yet. e-mails do no good. anyone have any ideals?

In your user CP/edit options there are two check boxes for cookies -- "Browse with cookies" and "automatic login" -- make sure both are checked "yes" and submit changes. (You need to make sure your browser is set to allow Literotica to use cookiess, too.)

Otherwise, you'll get logged out whenever you let fifteen minutes go by without some BB activity. -- continually refreshing another window with the BB index in it will keep you logged in too, but it's a real pain to remember to refresh often enough when you're trying to read a long thread.
