Multiple speeds or vibration variations are alright, but even the basic low buzz and higher buzz is fine.

Suckers/pulsator type toys just make me physically squeamish which isn’t how I feel with a partner so idkkk

I love my Nora.
I vary where I place it. Sometimes I use it without penetration, too.
