That is the first MCU movie that I haven't seen in the theater. It didn't look appealing and haven't heard anything good about it.

Same. I'm getting bored sadly. For me it peaked at Infinity War.

After watching the Disney+ shows, I'm looking forward to where some things are going. I do want to see Spider-Man and the Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness in the theater.

Spider-man was reasonable imo. It feels like Sony are still trying.

I kept my expectations low and it still disappointed. Not good at all.

I actually loved Matrix Resurrections! What I love most about The Matrix Resurrections (and I deeply LOVE all of it) is how the first third is Neo being a stand in for the real life Lana Wachowski with everyone yelling at her about what the original Matrix trilogy is about and what a 4th one should be. Then, Neo takes the red pill and the rest of the movie is Lana saying, “I don’t give a shit. It’s my creation, you have no say in it, and I’m going to make whatever fucking movie I want.” And the movie is getting so many negative reviews and I feel like maybe people don’t get it and some really outspoken critics are literally proving Lana’s point.

I actually searched for a movie thread to ask if anyone else has watched Don’t Look Up on Netflix. It’s a smart masterpiece in my opinion. And as much as I loved it, I am loving the comment sections about it even more.
