Methinks I'm going to blow that up and make a couple of iron-on's out of it. I don't much like T-shirts and the "store" doesn't offer polo or golf shirts. Must do something about that . . .

If you are a local and planning on attending, but not staying at the hotel, please send a PM to sweetsubsarahh or myself with an e-mail address. There is a $25 fee for all attendees. We would like this to be paid prior to arrival. This fee covers the costume party room, hospitality room, as well as some food and any supplies needed. Oh. Except condoms and lube. You're on your own for that.
If you have already reserved a room, sarahh will get the info to you if she hasn't already.

One thing I did forget to mention ... the booking numbers and hotel location will be sent out at the beginning of March. If you need to cancel, please do so before March 1st. I will be meeting with the hotel at that time and making sure they have all info at that time. No information will be sent out unless the fee is paid or arrangements have been made with sarahh. Sorry. Confidentiality and all. This event has gotten bigger and better every year, but with that comes rules. As I said, we want you all safe and happy when you leave.
