Procedure went fine, but it highlighted some other problems that, now, need to be addressed. Some of it can be done quite easily while others are more long-term, but are also more "important" to treat as quickly as possible.

To make a long story short, I won't be doing anything different editing-wise that I have been doing for the past couple of months.

DG: I'm not a hundred percent yet, but I could give MissLyn a hand once in a while if she needs it. I don't want to disrupt your schedules or create problems for your work relationship. She was nice enough to take you on while I couldn't and I don't want to take you away from her. I'm simply offering my help if the need arise.

You're the bestest bunch I've ever seen. As you all noticed, I'm not very present on here in general and even less on the net in particular. My health problems (Fybromyalgia, Ankilosing spondylytis, RA(maybe, doctors not sure yet), heart, blood pressure and blood problems) makes it very difficult for me to be on here more than a few minutes at a time.

For a while we thought we had got a handle on the pain, but it was only a minor decrease in pain due to multiple pain killers taken at the same time. My doctors don't want me to take that "cocktail" anymore as it's much too addictive, and raises other health issues when I do.

So, to make a long story short, I'm here/not here/there/not there whenever I can. You can PM or mail me if you need me. I should be able to answer within 24 hours, but there's no guaranties that I'll be able to do more than lend you a shoulder to cry on or an hear to listen to you.

Hello all,

A whole lot of you have been writing me asking what was happening to me and being concerned.

I'm sorry if I worried you, it certainly wasn't intentional.

I'm really sorry to have been out of touch for so long. As you guessed my health hasn't improved the way I wanted and expected it; I'm been bedridden for the past few weeks, the only time I wasn't flat on my back was when I needed to go the loo, other than that my husband was watching over me like a hawk. The area and amount of pain doesn't decline at all!! Quite the contrary it's getting worst every day. My back, my hips, my knees, my elbows, my calves....my everything in fact is so painful, sore and stiff, my feet and legs are so swollen that I cannot wear my own shoes anymore, I have to wear my husband's.

I am so constantly short of breath that just walking to the bathroom is enough to see me lose breath and/or simply faint due to the exertion.

My wheelchair arrived 3 weeks ago and I hade my first outing (apart from doctor's appointment) last Thursday and I've noticed that I'm very vulnerable at that height. Husband and the kids haven't got the hang-of-it just yet and it scares me when the road slopes and it doesn't seem they're correcting their driving.

To top it all out, the doctor found something else that is wrong with me. My periods don't seem to want to stop, I've been bleeding non stop since 16th of April and every few days I lose clot big enough that if I didn't know I can't get pregnant I'd think I'm having a miscarriage. The OB/GYN has decided to put me on Depo-Provera injection but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've had my third injection last Tuesday (I'll have my next one tomorrow).

The doc would want me to have an hysterectomy but he's not willing to do it because he's afraid that I'll die on the operating table due to my astronomical weight.

I'd give anything to lose the 100/150lbs the doc would want me to lose, but how to lose weight when I'm incapable of moving, therefore unable to do any kind of exercice.

So, anyway that's what's happening for me. I'm cheating right now, having just come from the bathroom ; I took a minute or two to write you all that.
