let's say a guy asks you out, you've known him a while and have been friends, but nothing more. You go out twice and have fun, but you're not sure how you feel about him..... you don't feel that chemistry, although he does, lol. He's wealthy and has told you that he'd like to take you alot of places and pretty much spoil you rotten. He really likes you and is wanting to do alot of the kinds of thing you've always wanted to do. You're considering dating him, but not sure if you want to, and he knows this, but he keeps tempting you with all these really marvelous offers that keep getting harder and harder to turn down.
At what point, if ever, would you say screw it and selfishly give in to materialism?

My first though was. he lied in every word, that hoary cripple with eye askance to view the lie in mine....
