Ladies please help with advice….. I am 54 years old , active and working but I can’t keep my erection for longer than a minute or 2. What can I do ?

Go see a general practitioner to do a physical. It could be many things. From vascular to hormones imbalances to psychological.

They can then refer you in to a specialist as needed.

Your doctor should have gone through the results with you and given you further options to explore

Unless you are fishing for sympathy
Role playing a kink…
This is not the place for you to get help
Seconded. I guess ED shaming is a kink now? what a world.
It’s always the ones who think there’s nothing wrong that need therapy the most.
In the meantime buy a cock ring it might help keep you hard a little bit longer.

Why would you ask a woman for advice ? He doesn't want to get advice from guys who may have a similar issue, Its another way to have a sympathetic woman contact him.
Dude your on a porn site no woman wants to hear you can only last 2 minutes. Find another pick up idea and Lie your ass off like every other guy on here 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Look into:
Tadalafil, Melanotan II, PT-141, 9-Me-BC, and maybe oxytocin.
Did you ask ChatGPT this question? Bremelanotide (PT-141) is for premenopausal women. 9-Me-BC has reports of anhedonia -- the exact opposite of what he is looking for.

Ask your doctor before taking anything that isn't prescribed. No one here knows your past hx.

I'm not sure where the seemingly indignant response is coming from here, but I am sure it's unwarranted. For starters - yes, it is always best to consult with a medical professional before taking something not prescribed, but has the effect of a medication. Notice, I didn't tell him to take anything. I suggested that another adult "look into" them. Mostly because there's a lot of info to sift through with all those things.

And speaking of info - no, I didn't chatgpt this question. What I did do is a lot of research for myself after being prescribed 4 out of 5 compounds I mentioned by a doctor in conjunction with HRT. (You're not going to be prescribed 9-Me-BC because it's not a medication, however it's perfectly legal to buy.) So, while I'm not a medical professional and therefore cannot give medical advice, I can give anecdotal advice (just like anyone else). And my anecdotal advice for anyone with the same question as the OP should look into the stuff I mentioned. Why? Because they fucking (pardon the pun) work!

Also, since your brought it up, PT-141 it derived from Melanotan II, which both men and women can take for the desired effect (i.e. tanning). And, just like Melanotan II, both men and women can take PT-141 for the desired effect (i.e. arousal). It's prescribed more often for women because there's more options for men and who wouldn't take pills over injections (that can cause nausea)?

And 9-Me-BC is used to treat anhedonia after someone dopamine receptors are fried for some reason. Someone should talk to their doc any time they do something that affects one of their neurotransmitter systems, yeah. But they should at least go in with enough info to ask the right questions. Which the OP could have found if he looked into things himself... like I suggested.

Oh, OP, one last thing that doesn't always make it into the first coupled search results, 9-Me-BC will make it easier for your to get a sunburn so watch out for that.
