Go see a general practitioner to do a physical. It could be many things. From vascular to hormones imbalances to psychological.

They can then refer you in to a specialist as needed.

I'm obviously not an expert but if you want to have sex, and cannot have PIV sex due to ED, why not explore other types of sex? PIV is not the beginning and the end of sex. Good luck.
