Jenny, I believe it's the enormous ferris wheel... world's tallest.... in London. Not sure of the name... thinking it's something like "Millenium Wheel". Incredible view, huh?!

They almost couldnt pull it up and then the cabins were malfuntioning, then the eye itself was malfunctioning but now they seem to have sorted it out.
