Depends how nasty you want to get. Kidnapper/abductee, Dr/nurse/patient, client/prostitute, adulterer/mistress, blackmailer/blackmailee or if you're really getting your kicks, rapist/victim but that should mean some negotiation and safeword agreement etc.

This is for in-person roleplay with costumes, as opposed to online roleplay, I guess?

There are lots of good historical roles: knight and lady, pirate and captive, prostitute and customer, rich slaveowner and slave, desperado and sheriff. Or you could pretend an incestuous relationship, or a forbidden romance because you were from different races or classes, or that for some reason it was dangerous for the two of you to have sex but you were going to anyway. Personally I like more fantasy and science fiction ones, like pretending one person is a dragon or a vampire or a werewolf, imagining a matriarchal or amazon culture where the woman sees the man as a stud animal there to give her a daughter, that the one could give the other some magic pill or potion that would cause some odd but erotic effect...
