Well, that subject line may be a bit disingenuous. I guess it's not that kinky, and the Fetish part is my band's name. (Until recently now that we've been forced to change it. New name pending. The band has shot down Sex Crime and The Convictions. I really liked that one.)
That said, I have some killer new songs posted on the Fetish Myspace page. The main one, though, is one I didn't write. We did our first cover song, a skull pounding rendition of Stevie Wonder's Superstition. It's got skanky groove dripping off of it. Along with Perfect Rebel and Without Love there are three new songs from our "Six $40 microphones in a concrete bunker of a basement" demo. We're getting ready to go into the studio and do some new stuff for real, but this doesn't sound bad, all things considered. It's basically live, usually in one take, with a vocal overdub. I was just winging it on the solos. I'll actually TRY on the real recording.
