How come no one noticed that King Kong grew about 150 feet taller for that movie? I hate continuity errors.

Sort of like the power lines in Gone With The Wind, or when a car knocks of a left fender in a chase, and three scenes later it magically heals itself?

Or the Timex watches and sneakers on some of the Gladiators in the movie Spartacus.

I agree.

But then again, is it worth destroying your enjoyment?

I liked all the films mentioned in this thread. Despite their muffs.

A common occurance: Airplane contrails in the sky of a western flick

Or the title "Krakatoa: East of Java". (Krakatoa is, um, west of Java.)

Not after it blew up. Parts were east of Java, I'm certain of it.

And how come the General Lee was always bright and shiny in close up scenes?

Oh wait, I never watched that show....really, I didn't.

I like Godzilla.

Funny....my wife is a huge Godzilla fan also. She watches the movies over and over again....as if they were brand-new each time.

cause Bo and Luke waxed it everytime their asses slid across it. But one other thing about that show, JUST HOW IN THE FUCK DID COOTER BECOME AN ELECTED OFFICIAL?????

Really, the state of Georgia, my neighbors 20 miles to the south, needs to rethink their politics. First Carter, next Cooter. Does anyone else sense a trend?

Talk about lack of continuity. Not a hijack DCL, it works.

Yep!

The affects in the Godzilla films were especially great!

*cheeky :D*

I saw three Columbo cars once, on the Univeral front lot. They all looked exactly the same. It was weird.

Every car a character uses on TV, and in most movies, is actually one of several "picture cars". I'm sure Garner had several cars to wear out.

Ok, I'll admit it. I've never seen a Godzilla film. Not one. I'm a bad American aren't I?

Cartoons are really bad for continuity, although most people don't care since cartoons should be exempt for some bizarre reason.

Or a bad Japanese....

I thought the Japanese weren't really into the films as much as Americans are? I KNOW they are Japanese films, most of them anyway.

Scooby Doo always drove me crazy with the same background scenes that played over and over again.

Yeah, esp in the chase scenes. They would run past about 50 open doors in the background....yet when they stopped, they were in a short hallway.

Hiyah. I like the new look JL.

Well, there is historical continuity too. I saw a cartoon once that showed the pilgrims meeting with the Indians at Plymouth Rock. Fair enough. But the leader of the Indians was Sitting Bull. I don't know much about American History, but I believe this was just a little bit off.
