Kind of disgusting (be warned) but I need help

All Night Butt Plug Effect, is this normal?

So last night a Dom that i have been talking with asked me to sleep with a butt plug and dildo in all night (first time I ever did something like that). It was hard, but I did it. The problem came in the morning when I took everything out. I had some bowel problems and my stomach ached as well. It has slowly gotten better and is now almost completely gone.

Now for the question: is this normal? Is there some way of preventing it?

Now, I'm not an expert at butt-plugs, but I very much suspect keeping one in for so long will not be good or healthy. It is normal for feces to produce gas during decomposition as it passes through your colon. This gas should be evacuated, otherwise it can cause some severe problems. The build up of the gas -mostly CO2 and methane- may interrupt the normal flow of fluids in your colon, prevent proper lubrication of certain areas and promote infections particularly in the lower bowel area.

I would suggest not keeping it in for so long, or removing it after two or three hours to allow gases and other normal movements.

You normally, silently and unknowingly, pass small amounts of gas all the time, even while you sleep. When you block the exit, this builds up, distending the intestines. When the intestines are distended they start to try to move things along leading to the cramps.

When the blockage is removed, the gas starts to move which leads to even more cramps. The natural peristaltic action of the intestines moves solid matter along rather quickly in its effort to expel the built up gas.

Will it happen again? Probably yes, if you sleep with a butt plug in again. Not a great deal you can do about it. An enema before the butt plug might help to a small degree. But overnight is really a bit long to wear a butt plug. Anal beads can be a bit better since air can get around them.

I had the same problem and I only wore mine for about 4 hours but not as bad. I also asked almost the same question in my thread too. But thank u for answering it I now know what to do.

It isn't a dangerous thing to do (generally speaking); it is something one might want to "train up to" (not necessarily spending a full night in a trainer, the first time one uses a trainer); (as with most things) it does need to be approached with common sense; one can sleep once one gets used to it. LOL

Well maybe "one" can sleep but if the slightest thing is out of whack I don't.

Ehh... it's been so long since I've had a good night's sleep (myriad of reasons), that I can manage to get enough rest to plod along the next day, even if I'm sleeping upside down and tied in knots. LOL

while it was hard to fall asleep, i was able to. it was what happend the following morning that i didn't like.
