At her rally in Georgia today, Kamala Harris attacked Donald Trump for being weak on border security. She pointed out that while he was President he did nothing to protect the border, and he recently pressured the Republicans in Congress to reject the bipartisan border bill that would have fixed most of what he complains about.

The second point is what she should be hammering home. There was a bipartisan bill drafted to fix the border issues. He rejected it. Why there isn't more publicity about this is something I don't understand. All Trump did to "Fix the border" was fail to complete a wall (or have anyone pay for it) and round up a bunch of women and children, separate them from their families and put them in concentration camps. Border security my a$$.

Harris hammering Trump isn't enough. She needs to have a plan of her own.

And she needs to own what she's done, good or bad and tell everyone what will be different. If she can do that and keep hammering Trump's broken promises and overstepping, I think she'll gain quite a few voters
