Mike Pence..Who do we think she will announce as her running mate?
Who would be your top choice?
I think she was a solid bench to pick a player from. They could do a standup improv playoff. They need someone who can work without a script.
That eliminates Just Dumb from the contest.Someone with gravitas.........good luck with that.
He can't see over the podium.Ben Shapiro
Bernie Sanders is off the table. He’s too old and he’s not a Democrat. There’s not going to be an open convention. The delegates have already cast their votes for Harris. She’s on track to win in November regardless of who she shares the ticket with.I see three ways to go:
1. Believe she can win with the right partner, whoever is the best Dem improv speaker. That's what they need more than any particular state or minority.
2. Believe she can't win, so they pick whoever stands still while everyone else takes a step back . . . Bernie Sanders.
3. Believe she can't win, so they dump her and make a new ticket from scratch at an open convention, but with the Dem leadership's handpicked delegates who were pledged to vote for Biden. Tammy Baldwin gets one of those spots, because I saw her name years ago as a rising star, so it's about time she rises or I forget her name.
i honestly don't know... she's kinda spoiled for choice as each of the names we're hearing most about brings plenty to the table.Who do we think she will announce as her running mate?

I just read that, too. I think it’ll be Waltz, but Shapiro makes a lot of sense.Kamala Harris vice president choice narrows to Walz, Shapiro, sources say

Pete will have a bright future. As I said, we have a great bench!i honestly don't know... she's kinda spoiled for choice as each of the names we're hearing most about brings plenty to the table.
if polls showed strongly that leaning into the 'new blood/new century' would secure the votes of enough to win the presidency, then Shapiro and Pete B look best; i was dubious that Kamala would get the swift and united support she did and am so so happy she received that, so maybe my concerns that having Pete B on the ticket might lose her more votes than having Shapiro on it are as out of touch! I would LOVE to see Pete B on the ticket but Shapiro, or any of the others are good for me, too. Listening to them speak, it's a hard choice!
nice to see that note in there about the hospitality union adding their endorsement for KamalaKamala Harris vice president choice narrows to Walz, Shapiro, sources say

I have heard that. I have also heard them talk about how Waltz can shore up the Midwest. He has that Uncle Joe vibe. The political strategy people say Shapiro. Pennsylvania is a lynchpin state given the electoral college. If Harris wins it, very very hard for Trump to win.
Also, they are saying PA is more important that WI, so you may be correct. The political strategy people say Shapiro. Pennsylvania is a lynchpin state given the electoral college. If Harris wins it, very very hard for Trump to win.
