Lana Marsh
27 years old, single
5’5” Thick, wavy jet black hair, round, bold sensual dark eyes, slender shapely figure
Junior Law Partner
OOC:
Lana had been a model law student with ambitions and a drive that didn’t quit. When she first started working for the law firm Tanner and Fields, she had started at the bottom. But it hadn’t taken her long to be recognized as one with bold determination, unafraid to battle it out in court, and took on any and all clients given to her, defending anyone no matter what. She had a remarkable record for moving cases along and for winning. She was known for working long hours, doing whatever it took to get the job done, bring in the money, and make her way up in the firm. In no time at all she had moved up and was now a junior partner. Now there was an opening for a senior partner and she wanted it badly, all she needed was to find a junior partner and she would be well on her way to achieving her goal.
IC:
“Any calls Syl?” I asked, passing Sylvia’s desk on my way back to the office. It was already after 4:00pm and after being in court all day, I still had a ton of paper work to do.
“Here’s a list of your messages, Miss Marsh. I checked off the ones you need to get back with today. Both Mr. Tanner and Mr. Fields have left for the weekend, but I think there’s one or two other associates still working.” Sylvia handed me my notes and following me into my office, handed me a cup of coffee after I sat down.
“Thanks Syl. I actually forgot it was Friday.” I replied taking the cup of coffee from her and smiled, having a pretty good idea of which associates were still working. There were at least two that had already caught my eye as possible candidates for the junior partnership.
I quickly went over the list of people I needed to call and damn, Ed Tate, or asshole I preferred to call him, was in trouble again. I picked up the phone, dialing his number, as much as I thought the man was scum, he had money to pay and he definitely had been paying us a lot of it. I glanced back at Sylvia still standing there. “Go on home Syl. I can manage and as you reminded me, it is the start of the weekend.” I smiled at her, then turned my attention to Ed Tate on the other end of the phone.
