Change is a much harder thing to undertake, and it involves risk, facing up to yourself and questioning your deepest help beliefs.

But the real catcher is that you overgeneralize about the entire nation.

Over-generalizing and not presenting a matter of realistic significance, as it applies to all of the people/things you over-generalize about, is the first symptom of a Whiny bitch.
