If you have the url for the pic itself, use the [ ] brackets with img and /img inside.

However alot of sites do not allow hot linking so that may be the reason why its not showing up.

What is the URL of the picture you're trying to post?

To use the IMG tags, youneed the URL of the image itself, NOT the HTML page Yahoo puts it on. The URL should end with JPG, GIF, or BMP.

If viewing the picture requires a password to get into your briefcase, you can't hotlink the picture.
