Since nearly all the images that I've posted here are imgur links, I guess that means that all those pics wil disappear on the 15th. Does anybody know of any imgur replacements?

I have been using the site called reblogme (dot) com for some time now. It seems stable, legal, and admits a wide range of erotica. It is a free site, but does require you to register with an email. I only access that site via my Windows 10 desktop, so don't know how it would play on a phone for instance. Glad to share details....

I just noticed today that the reblogme pics and gifs that I inserted here are now broken links. When I tried again today, I got this message:

Does that mean that Lit is blocking it or Reblogme?

It does appear that reblogme is now blocking hotlinking. The images I previously posted from there are now broken, and an attempt to click on a text link goes to the log-in page. If I am already logged in to reblogme, it will take me to my reblogme home page instead of to the image I was referencing. It does look like that source has dried up as a source for hotlinking images.

This is similar to what happened with reblogme's predecessor site called bdsmlr; for a couple of years it was an alternative to Tumblr, and it allowed hotlinking, then started blocking it. That is why many folks moved away from bdsmlr to reblogme. Now that channel seems to have closed.

I noticed that a direct link of an MP4 video worked for a bit before getting block. Replacing it with the link to the page seemed to fix it. Hopefully, Erome won't start blocking the hotlinked images.

With Imgur deleting all NSFW photos on May 15th, and Reblogme and Bdsmlr blocking hotlinked images, it seems that there will be fewer and fewer legitimate adult photo posting websites. I'm sure there are many not-so-legitimate sites, but they're probably teeming with viruses and malware, and not safe to use. Reddit still has NSFW images, but who knows how long that will last.

So my question is: does anyone know of a reputable website for image hosting that's based outside the U.S., presumably in a country not as prudish as ours?

Have no idea how long it will be useful, nor do I know where it is based. It is a free site.

You should embed a test pic and a gif from that site here so we can find out if we can see them or if they will be blocked.

Links to reblogme dot com seem to be working again, as of today when I happened to try one. Here is an example:
