But I'm tired of sitting on the fence with my ears covered and telling raving lunatics to fuck off with their labels. My decisions and actions in most situations are largely independent and void of outside influence; for they are rarely self-serving. My family is included in those decisions, coupled with my own experiences.

We all have had different life experiences that have made us who we are and affect how we view the world. Some people seem to forget that, others have never been aware enough to look outside their own little microcosm. But that's not just life, it's life at LIT, too.

The left is much more likely to bring facts, figures and links and less likely to just get into flame wars. Though Vette, koala and Zoomie have a very special relationship. One that occasionally has me near putting Zoomie on iggy so he'll stop bogging down my computer with seventy fucking gifs.

Moderates provide no leadership. They stand for nothing and everything. They sit on the fence to see which way the wind blows before deciding which side to jump off on. They take no initiative.

Conservatives are adults, liberals are spoiled children, moderates are like callow parents desperately wanting to be best friends with their children, those children they could never decide how to discipline. They give birth to a lot of "entitled" Democrats.

Conservatives for the most part work to earn a living, making all of the tough decisions to stay within their economic means, they pay their taxes and their debts hoping there's enough left over to make a better life for themselves and their children.

Conservatives ask little of their government except to act within the Constitution to secure their liberty to pursue their happiness. Liberals expect the government to put itself upon the civil society in ways that disrupt its liberty, seize and redistribute its property, so that they can be socially and economically happy with little or no effort on their part to earn it themselves. Moderates on the other hand are always trying to figure out what it is they want.

Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington = moderates.
Vetteman = conservative.
Ergo, Vetteman model of virtue, other guys stand for nothing and provide no leadership.
