My best advice, depending on if you s/o is large, average, or small......is to start with toys. An anal plug works well, or even a small dildo. Start with that with lots of lube. Work your way slightly larger, but not all at once. Get used to the feeling of something being there. The first time being painful is a hard memory to get past.
