Nothing at all wrong with being Sammy, particularly if that is your name (or if that is what your partner is looking for). But it isn't what I want in a partner. I would "read" a SAMmy partner (and react to them if they are being sammy towards me) as being highly disrespectful. That tends to make me angry at worst, disinterested in them at best.

Not in a relationship with me? *grins and shrugs* SAM away. The submissive isn't mine to direct and control, doesn't have to show me the first bit of deference and respect. It's nice, I enjoy it, but hey, I don't _require_ it.

In my relationship expect, and will only accept, obedience of commands, or respectful questions if my girl has concerns or some confusion about something I've told her to do. I don't "punish", I discipline. Corporal punishment (ie spanking) is a reward for GOOD behavior. As an example of what I mean about discipline... If _you_ were my submissive and got SAMmy with me, I would take away your cookies. Depending on just how Sammy you got, it might be for tonight. Or tomorrow. Or a week. Or more.

*grins* There's more than one way for a sadist to inflict pain! And enforce discipline and decorum.
