I am finding it fun to not force the reader to see the relationship develope... which is still important to me, don't get me wrong... but so far... as it is flowing from me, I see these couples as already established. So I can skip the getting to know me song and dance that I normally always write.

I think that in this case trying to give the couples any more than you are would be a big mistake. The way it is right now it's fast paced and there's no chance of the reader getting bored. Proof that character development isn't nessisary is that I was starting to get hot...lol...and that's saying something, sweetie, cuz I really like character dev. I really like to identify with the people I'm reading about. It makes the sex hotter if I've developed a repore with them.

Well, I was kinda mulling it over while I was out to the store and it hit me that if you started with the lightest kink that you're going to write about and ordered them up to the heaviest it would build the tension of the piece. You could write them in whatever order they came to you and then arrange them into a rising cresendo.
