Junkfood!

Soda.

Not really secret if you read my purple pee post yesterday. Nothing good whatsoever about it and in fact it's quite harmful in more than one way, diabetes, ulcers, tooth decay, weight gain, etc. But I am so addicted to it sometimes I inhale with my nose right at the opening of the bottle just to feel the fizz go up my nose.

Ever tried flavored seltzer water? Can be very good. I let the fizz go out though because it leaches calcium from your bones, honest, it does. Panel of doctors on PBS' Second Opinion all agreed.

yes, you do!!!!

They have the BEST food, as long as you don't care how healthy/unhealthy it is :D

I do try to eat healthy and take care of my body but there are exceptions to every rule. :D

Are they all over where you are?

there's one a couple of blocks from the house (walking distance), and then a couple of them up at the beach on the Lake. But it's a VERY small reserve, population-wise, not area-wise. But, yeah, you see them pretty much everywhere.

I don't like mushrooms - at all - but they have the BEST battered mushrooms. If I'll eat them, they have to be good. :D

Battered mushrooms too? Chips are the same as french fries, right? I wish there was a chip wagon nearby right now.

LOLOLOL

I'd have to pass on the hamburgers and gravy but the fries and frybread sound great. I just finished dinner - I sure wish I had frybread instead of bisquits.

I swear, I could live on frybread. We make it at home a lot, but if we're in a hurry, we run down to the chip wagon and get it for breakfast sometimes. They sell it like most place sell biscuits - with ham, with sausage, butter and jelly, etc.

Yeah, I could live on it too. I mostly eat it plain but it's great with a little powdered suger on it.

the canucks are invading the USA?!?

damn them!!!!

actually, TH's coffee is no better than Starbucks, so let them duke it out, I'll go for Peet's or some independents

I think there's a world a differenc between the two ... Starbucks offers a much stonger blend of coffees ... and more variations on a hot beverage than you can shake a stick at. Timmy's offers coffee. Or tea. Straight up ... cream, sugar, double double ... however you want it. My personal preference it Tim's ... but I've never been a fan of strong coffee. And ... Tim Horton sells Maple Dip donuts!

Forgett the Jack... cream cheese and fried. And gorditas, deep fried in the same shit the fry the onion rings in. Why has no one outside of El Paso figured that one out?

Now if you truly want to make this Cat happy, day or night, give me some Bisquits and Sausage Gravy. (A touch of hot sauce and a touch of Garlic and I'm one happy Camper.)

Do you know that is the best thing to cure a hangover for me?

There's been many a Saturday morn that I've felt like death warmed over from too much Friday night rum so we all go out for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, hash browns, some serious coffee and I'm worlds better.

I know you love hot sauce, dear Cat, but not for breakfast, please!

:cathappy:

Ya'all just reminded me of my very favorite junk food that I have avoided for the past month and a half. Deep fried battered cauliflower with cheese in it. Mmmm. I get it from the best little Italian place that knows how to make pizza right too.

I don't know if they even make them anymore, but I used to be able to knock off a whole box of Screaming Yellow Zonkers at one sitting. Sweet buttery-toffee popcorn with salty peanuts. HMMMMM!

Mmmm, around here they call it Fiddle Faddle. There's another brand I can't think of at the moment.

Cracker Jacks??

I indulge in Cadbury chocolate bars but I'm a donut junkie.

Cracker Jacks are more of a caramel corn. For Toffee I think another brand is Poppycock but I think there is one more yet. Haven't bought it in close to a year so I can't remember.

Popcorn in any way shape or form works for me.
