I've seen a thread or two here discussing journals that many Dominants have their submissives keep. What about the Dominants? Do any of you keep a journal? Just last night I sat down with a new notebook and start writing. Most of what I've been writing deals with what I will want out of a submissives. Sort of my minimal guidelines. I'll also be putting in scene or toy ideas and other things like that. Do any of the other Dominants keep something like this and if you do, would you let your submissive read it even if just in small parts?

I actually have a journal, I've not been keeping it up to date lately with all that has been going on in my busy life. But anyways, I have a journal that is purely bdsm at My Dear Diary which is cool, but there are popups.

I also have a journal at Livejournal which has no popups, that one is where I am journaling my transgender journey. I'm thinking about starting my own community there called TransgenderSubs or something

I started to not because of the thread for the submissives, but because someone here who I know told me some about hers. It is a wonderful gift of openness to give someone to read and get to know you .

I'm basically doing that to my Dom without him asking... The majority of talking i like to do is online... and he tends to leave his away message up all the time... so sometimes when i feel like talking or verbally(typativelly?) explaning some feelings i have about anything i jsut pop open his im window and just start babbling... He's all about being very honest and what's more honest than a concious flow of thought. if anything hopefully it helps him understand me more and value me more, and if for some reason he gets annoied with it, he can just tell me to stop and of course i will. I figure with an IM it's on his own time that he can come back to it and read it.

I also keep a livejournal, but it's slowly wound up being a social journal where i'll tell my friends who i don't talk to everyday about my life... It's a good way to keep your friends up to date when you don't always have the drive to call them...

I have an online journal, that I use as a repository for my random thoughts, and updates on what i'm doing day to day for my friends around the world. I have made it required reading for my slave, as it saves me from having to type stuff twice. (journal an in IMs)
