They just started this show on the local cable company called "Johns TV"

It is sanctioned and paid for by local communities, and it shows photos, and descriptions of men arested for soliciting prostitutes in the Detroit metro area.

Obviously they have cleared any privacy issues with the attorneys, but do you think this is cool, or what.

I think its pretty bogus........reminds me of a bad episode of Cops when the cops get all geeked for busting some poor slob with a broken down crack pipe, and a 10 dollar rock.

It's good to see that shame still plays such an important part in American sexuality. When Johns can go freely about their nasty business with heads held high, then this great nation will have become Denmark, ie boring.

I think it is a good idea. Seeing your upstanding and sensible co-worker on television for soliciting a whore is bound to not only make you think, but to embarrass the hell out of HIM. Shame works better than any prison cell, in my opinion.
