Captain Robert Maxx

Captain of the X-75.

He was once General Ismael's Number One pilot until his blunder with the Blorn. Known only to a key few, the Blorn had in reality come in peace and Maxx, miscalculating them for enemy aliens, had blown up their colony ship. Knowing that if the truth had got out, Rocket Force would be finished, the secret was kept and for appearance sake, Maxx was allowed to keep his commission (though he only patrols the Inner Planets).

He is a bitter, washed out man who is jealous of Jett's popularity and fame.
