I gave a $12K plumbing job on one of my rental properties to a different contractor because I found the Facebook account of my first choice contractor full of MAGA idiocy.

Which is more an argument for keeping your politics off of Facebook if you're Facebook account is actually you. I do the same thing, except I check for Democrat lunacy and left wing nonsense to filter them out. If people are silly enough to broadcast their political beliefs on work-related FB pages, more fool them.

It absolutely is. There are whole businesses where I live that put their MAGA beliefs on their sign. We don't ever use those businesses. And I live in an area that went 2 to 1 for Harris. So these businesses are content to only get business from 35% of the population.

Sex offenders are subject to harressment, physical harm and death at the hands of enraged people. It's easily a social death sentence and potentially a literal one.

According to other leftist posters if you voted for Trump you're MAGA. I voted for Trump, I don't hate immigrants. A great majority are decent people looking for a better life. What I detest is how one person has failed to uphold immigration laws by allowing millions of migrants we can't afford into our country. We as a people should have a say in who comes into our country. If you pay attention to Chicago, NYC, thousands of citizens are hopping mad that their political leadership is using hard earned taxpayer money to house, feed, educate and support illegal migrants putting a financial burden on their cities and towns. Many of those people voted for Trump, they don't hate migrants, they are hopping mad at their politicians for putting their needs last. They now have to put up with increased crime in their cities. Trump wants to fix that and that's why they voted for him.
