My trainer has been collecting original comic artwork for several years and has quite a valuable collection.
Just filled another 6 or seven boxes today...
Dusted, Vacuumed, scrubbed the kitchen sink and counters...
Just about the time I get this place back to ship shape the wife is returning from a business trip to Chicago and two day of work will be reduced to rubble...

45 day escrow started yesterday, so about June 30 is our moving day.
This place needs major cleaning which can't be done until everything is out, so selling won't happen for a bit yet and we haven't even listed.
He are in a very hot area not affected by trends in the market, but this place is either a total remodle or a good flip.
We were planing on a total remodel until her career to a big turn and with the increased salary, it just made more sense to move...

More like the kitchen sinks and the bottom of the fridge...
Less than a year old and trying to remove crud I actually removed paint.
I wonder if Merry Maid's is hiring...
